Fleet Maintenance

Regular fleet maintenance is a vital part of New World’s excellent safety record and high reputation for quality service. For this reason, we are headquartered in a beautifully clean, EPA-compliant facility with the best in maintenance capabilities, and our owners have spent a great deal of time and money to make it so.

We also maintain a staff of 3 highly qualified full-time maintenance technicians, all trained at the source – the Van Hool factory in Belgium. This ratio of 1 technician and 1 service bay per approximately 10 fleet vehicles allows us to perform daily and weekly maintenance on each and every coach – assuring you a safer and more relaxed trip.

We know that riding in a spick-and-span passenger compartment is also very important to your experience with us, so we employ a large staff of cleaning specialists. These dedicated professionals work through the night to wash, vacuum, mop, polish, and shine each one of our vehicles, and leave them looking pretty and smelling fresh for when your group steps on board.
